Rocking in the Gluten Free world.... Backstage Brew is underway!

Now admittedly, it does look like some kind of drug manufacturing enterprise wjat with that big bag of crystal type stuff but I assure you all that it is the start of some awesome Gluten Free beer!

Any brewing tips would be greatly appreciated. I am giving away the initial batch of 40 bottles to my various friends and customers to review and if the project is a success, I am hoping to collaborate with a local brewery.
